The budget for all materials considered in the project are detailed in project quotations & agreements for ease of shortlisting & selection.

The duration of a residential construction varies based on the size & complexity of the project. Tentative timeline for a Ground floor, Ground+1 & Ground+2 unit is 9 months, 11 months & 13 months, respectively.

Yes, for all our handed over Homes, our contractors provide a 1-year workmanship & a 5-year structural warranty. All our contractor partners are carefully selected via a very stringent 360-degree onboarding process.

All customer payments are made to a nodal/ escrow account managed by JSW. The payment schedule is defined based on construction milestones for all the projects, depending on the scale of construction. For each milestone, payment is collected in advance from the customer & paid to the contractor only post successful delivery & customer confirmation of each milestone.

We have a quality assurance plan and quality control procedure in place, which includes regular site inspections, material inspections and workmanship evaluations.
